Register the following changes to your partnership:
-change of representative partners
-partner address change
-professional approval for partnership
extra-provincial limited liability partnerships must also provide proof that a partnership name change has been registered in their home jurisdiction
When your LLP home province is BC, Manitoba or Saskatchewan, there are special processes for changing your registration in Alberta. Contact your home jurisdiction registry office for more information. There is no fee to report changes.
