Register the following changes to your partnership
-partnership name change
-partner change
-change to partner agreements
extra-provincial limited partnerships must also provide proof the change has been registered in their home jurisdiction
When your LP home province is BC, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan, you need to report general partner changes to Alberta Corporate Registry. Use Alberta’s Online Extra-Provincial Registration to report the changes. There is no cost.
