Important :
Please do not submit your request through this service if:
- Your corporation is incorporated in British Columbia, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan and is extra-provincially registered in Alberta. Changes to directors, shareholders, or registered address are automatically reflected on the Alberta registration when filed in the home jurisdiction.
- You need to change the agent for service for a British Columbia, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan corporation that is extra-provincially registered in Alberta. These changes must be completed through the Alberta New West Partnership portal.
- Your organization is an Alberta non-profit organization or society. Changes for Alberta non-profit organizations or societies must be completed directly through Alberta Corporate Registry using the applicable non-profit forms.
