Use this option if you originally submitted an Annual Return (No Changes) but later realized that updates (such as changes to directors, shareholders, address, or agent for service) are required.
This payment covers the difference in filing fees between the No-Change and With-Changes Annual Return services. Once payment is received, we’ll proceed with filing the updated information.
